ANOTHER NOLLYWOOD MARRIAGE CRASHEs

Nollywood stars Ireti and Patrick Doyle, may have separated. Few days after granting an interview where she revealed what she went through after getting pregnant at 17, speculations are flying over what may be Ireti's new status. Ireti who met and married her husband in 1999 after he lost his wife, have often been counted among Nollywood's most successful marriages. As a result, nobody would have expected to hear that they have been living apart for sometime now. A source close to the couple claim the Tinsel and Wedding Party star actress moved out of her matrimonial home, and has since moved into an apartment at the Anthony Village area of Lagos state.  

Even though the couple are yet to confirm or deny this development, the source claims they have been separated for a long time, but have chosen to remain friends. Ireti is quoted to have said this when asked why they haven't been spotted together in a long time: “We are both busy people and you find that, in any one given weekend, we’ve both been invited to three or four different events where all three or four people are expecting to see us so we play it smart.The couple share six children between them.
